Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Supervisor – HR & Administration to oversee critical human resources, labor relations, plant administration, and HR finance activities at the Laguna plant. The role partners with plant leadership to deliver compliant, cost-effective people-focused programs and services that support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.

• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in plant/site HR operations and managing employee concerns.

Job description

The Senior Supervisor – HR & Administration is responsible for managing and executing key Human Resources, Labor Relations, Plant Administration, and HR Finance-related activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective operations of the plant.

The role serves as a key HR partner to plant leadership, supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders, ensuring that people-related programs, employee relations, administrative services, and financial processes are effectively implemented in support of business and operational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an FMCG, manufacturing, food, or other labor-intensive environment.
• Strong experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, preferably with exposure to unionized or manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in plant/site HR operations and managing employee concerns in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Working knowledge of HR budgeting, manpower costing, payroll, and financial controls.
• Experience in plant administration, facilities coordination, and third-party service management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with managers, supervisors, rank-and-file employees, and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential employee and business information.
