Job summary

Utopia invites an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our in-house design team, delivering engineering solutions for luxury villas and boutique hotels. You will integrate MEP systems through schematic to tender documentation, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and clients under the MEP Design Manager.

You should have a degree in Construction, Engineering, BIM, or related field, and 3–6 years' experience in design consultancy or contracting, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks,

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, BIM, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years' design consultancy or contractor experience.
• Experience on low-rise residential or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver MEP systems across design stages.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and FF&E teams.
• Produce detailed drawings and specs using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Lead equipment selection and BIM integration.
• Deliver weekly outputs with clear communication.
