Job summary

Infineon Technologies invites applications for a Senior Staff Engineer, Product Engineering role in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will lead New Product Introductions, drive yield and quality improvements, and coordinate with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams to move products from development to high-volume production.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise to ensure timely resolution of product and manufacturing issues, enabling milestones.
Collaborate with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve yield, process stability and product quality.
Drive continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs and increase yield.
Support product derivative bring-up to enable New Sales Opportunities and customer-specific requirements, and additional product qualification activities.
