Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Cavite City, Philippines, seeks a Senior Staff Engineer, Test Engineering to lead qualification, yield optimization, and manufacturing readiness while partnering with global teams to drive continuous improvement and customer success. The role focuses on owning test solutions, optimizing programs, and deploying robust test coverage across high-volume production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of semiconductor test engineering experience with ATE platforms.
Hands-on programming in Java and Python.
Experience with Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with New Product Development to support product introduction and production ramp.
Develop and optimize test programs across Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms.
Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release.
Analyze test data to improve product quality, yield, test time and cost efficiency.
Identify gaps and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance reliability and manufacturing performance.
Create test methodologies and characterization programs for new product development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
