Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure timely resolution of product and manufacturing issues, enabling milestones.
• Collaborate with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve yield, process stability and product quality.
• Drive continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs and increase yield.
• Support product derivative bring-up to enable New Sales Opportunities and customer-specific requirements, and additional product qualification activities.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and engineering guidance to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of product and manufacturing issues, enabling successful achievement of project milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues and production challenges, with a focus on improving yield, process stability, and product quality.
• Drive and sustain continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce production costs, and increase yield performance.
• Support product derivative bring-up from the existing product portfolio to enable New Sales Opportunities (NSO), customer-specific requirements, and additional product qualification activities.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrating adaptability and sound decision-making.
• Self-driven professional with strong initiative, ownership, and prioritization skills, capable of driving projects independently and achieving business objectives.
