Job summary

Join BairesDev as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. This 100% remote role offers the chance to work with a global Top 1% engineering team, ensuring high availability and performance of production systems. You will bridge software development and operations, building scalable, resilient infrastructure.

Responsibilities include designing Kubernetes‑based systems, defining SLOs/SLIs, incident response, and building observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in managing and scaling production‑grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting using Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Demonstrated ability in incident response management and the definition of SLOs/SLIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead the efforts to ensure the highest levels of availability and performance for our production systems. You will serve as a key link between software development and systems operations, engineering scalable solutions that balance the speed of innovation with the stability of the environment.
