BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (CircleCI) to design, implement, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines through CircleCI. The role emphasizes creating reusable CircleCI orbs and optimizing pipeline performance, enabling scalable delivery across distributed teams.

You will collaborate with a global engineering group, work remotely, and benefit from flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD. Strong English communication is required.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Build Engineering.


• Proven expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.


• Proficiency in creating and managing reusable CircleCI orbs.


• Hands-on experience with pipeline parallelism and optimizing feedback loops.


• Strong understanding of containerization and automated testing integration.


• Advanced proficiency in English.
