Responsibilities

Define SLIs/SLOs with product and engineering teams.
Lead on-call rotation and establish blameless postmortems.
Drive full IaC coverage and reduce manual provisioning.
Consolidate Terraform estate with modular standards and drift detection.
Automate account provisioning and regional environment setups.
Build self-service interfaces for provisioning and observability.
Design ephemeral environments for production-like testing and cleanup.
Implement observability across logs, metrics, and tracing with actionable alerts.
Own cloud operations for PCI DSS and regulated financial systems.
Embed security with least-privilege IAM and network segmentation.
Support safe AI agent operation with scoped blast radii.
