Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Platform Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure stability, scalability, and reliability of our products and services. You will work with the Enterprise Platform (EP) group and collaborate with DevOps, Quality Engineering and Developer Experience to deliver robust, integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes implementing SRE best practices, building automation, capacity planning, incident response, and improving non-functional requirements across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in production support, SRE or DevOps.
Experience with SLOs/SLIs and incident response.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux admin and networking basics.
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk).
Automation using Python/Shell/SQL/Terraform.

Responsibilities

Implement SRE best practices including SLOs and alerting.
Build automation to improve stability of platforms.
Plan capacity and system design for rising traffic.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in incident calls and post-mortems.
Collaborate with developers to define reliability requirements.
Drive adoption of non-functional requirements in new products.
