Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Account Onboarding & Management team. You will own end-to-end development of scalable features in a cross-functional setting, building robust interfaces and services that power onboarding, KYC, and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fullstack development with ownership of business-critical systems.
• Strong React.js ecosystem skills (TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, React Query, MUI, Emotion/Styled Components).
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript; building APIs; experience with event-driven/serverless systems; Python/Go/Nest.js a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications in our AWS environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product development from concept to deployment.
• Keep our tech stack current by staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Enhance system observability and reliability through tests, metrics, debugging, and incident learnings.
• Contribute to the team’s growth by assisting with resume screening and interviewing new talent.
