Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build global, asset-agnostic money movement systems across regions and currencies. You will collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and finance teams to deliver reliable, scalable services that power fintech workflows.

You will own backend APIs and services, ensure observability, and drive reliability improvements while staying current with fintech trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience with ownership of business-critical systems.
• Strong backend focus with API, services, and infrastructure development.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with TypeORM or equivalent ORMs and performance considerations.
• Ability to design systems that are scalable, observable, and reliable.
