Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to support critical business applications and enterprise systems in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires strong experience in production application support, incident and problem management, SQL, ServiceNow, and enterprise SaaS applications, with a hybrid work setup—3 days onsite.

Openings: 2; Salary up to ₱120,000 per month; schedule: mid shift initially, followed by quarterly night shift

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a closely related role.
Strong experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with incident and problem management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of business applications by resolving production issues within agreed timelines.
Lead or support incident and problem management, including investigation, resolution, escalation, and follow-through.
Facilitate transitions of features from development into production and support release management.
