Job summary

IGT is seeking a Senior SQA Engineer for our Philippines office to design and execute tests ensuring functional integrity and performance across our gaming and fintech product lines. You will review requirements, create test plans, perform various testing types, and contribute to automation.

Join a global team coordinating with regulators and partners, using tools like Zephyr, Jira, and Jenkins. The role demands a strong QA mindset, SQL skills, and experience with Web Services and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 6+ years of QA experience with a focus on quality and product improvement.
• Knowledge of the software testing life cycle.
• Experience in Agile environments and related ceremonies.
• Proficient in test management tools and defect tracking.
• Hands-on SQL, MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on Web Services testing with SOAP UI/JMeter.
• Experience with virtualization tools such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specs, and documentation to craft test plans and cases.
• Perform regression, system integration, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Document results and create defect reports.
• Develop and run automated tests and maintain test suites.
• Create and maintain test environments, data, and labs.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to understand testing objectives.
