Job summary

BB Wave Inc. is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of iGaming products, including casino games, sports betting platforms, mobile apps, and back-office systems.

You will plan and execute test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality software. You will design and run manual and automated tests across web and mobile platforms, track defects with Jira/Azure DevOps, and participate in Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or QA Testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedules based on business and operational requirements, including weekends and Philippine holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before software releases.
• Review product requirements and provide feedback to improve test coverage.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company quality standards.
• Test game features such as gameplay, bonuses, payment systems, and user account functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes, test documentation, and testing methodologies.
• Perform other duties related to quality assurance and operational support as assigned by management.
