Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3-6 years in asset servicing, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of securities lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of asset servicing or related investment operations functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of securities products, corporate action lifecycles, trade settlement, controls and risk management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for asset servicing, including corporate actions, income processing, custody, and settlement.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing and validation of corporate action events and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and risk issues with stakeholders.
• Lead and support process improvements, automation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Prepare management reporting and support governance, knowledge sharing, and cross-training.

As a Senior Specialist, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for corporate actions and income processing, collaborating with fund managers, custodians, middle office teams, and technology partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for asset servicing activities, including corporate actions, income processing, custody, and settlement-related processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing, validation, and execution of corporate action events, elections, and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and risk-related issues while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support process improvement, system enhancement, automation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Prepare management reporting, support governance activities, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and cross-training within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, securities operations, custody, settlement, income processing, or related investment operations functions.
• Experience working with investment operations platforms and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of securities products, corporate action event lifecycles, trade settlement, operational controls, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, investigate complex issues, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global markets, multiple asset classes, or shared services operating environments.
• Exposure to Bloomberg, SimCorp Dimension, Aladdin, BBH InfoAction, SIX, Markit, or other investment operations platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CISI, or other relevant finance and investment credentials.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert, mentor, trainer, project lead, or contributor to large-scale process improvement initiatives.
