Job summary

HUGO BOSS Americas seeks a Senior Sourcing Analyst based in Mexico City to lead indirect category sourcing, partnering with global procurement teams to drive value across IT services, logistics, marketing, shop construction, and corporate services.

The role develops sourcing strategies, conducts market analyses, negotiates contracts, and optimizes total cost of ownership while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing or indirect procurement, ideally within an international or complex corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier negotiations and multi-stakeholder sourcing projects.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive topics end-to-end with a high level of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories, such as IT services, logistics, marketing services, shop construction, and other corporate services.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Plan and execute market analyses, competitive tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Define and implement category strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
• Negotiate and manage framework agreements with regional and international suppliers.
• Identify and realize cost optimization and value creation opportunities beyond pure price (e.g., service levels, risk mitigation, scalability).
• Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships while continuously challenging the supply base.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and knowledge sharing.

Position Summary:

The Senior Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for leading all non-sellable merchandise sourcing activities (incl. shop construction, marketing spending, store contractors, and general supplies, etc.) of Hugo Boss Americas. In this role, you will lead complex strategic sourcing initiatives, partner closely with key business stakeholders, and drive commercial value across a broad range of indirect spend categories.

The Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for directing and analyzing how we spend money to ensure it is cost effective (maintains higher profit margins and competitive advantage). The Senior Sourcing Analyst works with internal business partners to develop sourcing strategies, to conduct sourcing projects and negotiate contracts. The individual must have in depth understanding of the total cost of ownership, quality of service and leveraging of supplier relationships.

This role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico
