Job summary

HUGO BOSS is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support employee transactions for US and Canada within SAP and related benefit platforms. You will ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient processes across HR systems.

Responsibilities include data entry, onboarding support, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Partners. English communication and confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of HR experience.
• HRIS data entry experience preferred; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee data, organizational structure changes, and job information in the HRIS system (SAP).
• Provide administrative support on data management of benefit platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems via audits and validations.
• Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and I-9s.
• Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Assist with large data imports and IT tickets to SAP HR team.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners on HRIS needs.
• Participate in HRIS-related projects and testing of new processes.

As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst will support the administration of all employee transactions for US and Canada within our HRIS system (SAP) and benefit platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process efficiency.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Enter and maintain employee data, organizational structure changes, and job information in the HRIS system (SAP)
• Provide administrative support on the data management of all benefit administration platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks
• Assist with the new hire onboarding paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s
• Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs
• Support with large data imports
• Assist with responding, troubleshooting, and resolving IT tickets routed to the SAP HR Team
• Support the HRIS Team to resolve system discrepancies between SAP and other system integrations
• Participate in UAT testing and documentation of new procedures as required
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs
• Participate in other HRIS-related projects and assists in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standards.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• HRIS data entry experience preferred, SAP knowledge a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel experience preferred
• High level of attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity
• Exercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and srong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees
