Job summary

Clera in Boston, MA is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge pre-sales and delivery for an enterprise software platform in the cold chain and logistics space. You will run technical discovery, tailor product demonstrations to real customer lanes, and own the initial solution design through go-live.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Data and Engineering, translate requirements into phased work, and build reusable assets to accelerate future engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management delivering enterprise software implementations end-to-end.
• Ability to run technical discovery with cross-functional stakeholders and translate requirements into workable designs.
• Experience scoping, sequencing implementation plans, sizing effort, and identifying dependencies.
• Proficiency delivering tailored demos and handling technical objections in live sales contexts.
• Domain background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Run technical and process discovery with stakeholders to surface current-state workflows and constraints.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations mapped to customer lanes and release processes.
• Own the initial solution design and determine applicable modules, data needs, and integrations.
• Translate designs into scoped statements of work and phased implementation plans.
• Partner with Sales on proposals, ensuring commercial commitments are technically deliverable.
• Lead solution workshops and guide configuration through go-live.
• Coordinate with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and feed roadmap insights.
• Build reusable assets like reference designs and scoping templates.
