Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution Architect for a 1-year remote engagement. You will lead the functional architecture, design scalable CLM solutions, and govern decisions across global deployments, working with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, SI partners, and business stakeholders.

This hands-on role combines strategic thinking with deep CLM expertise, including authoring, approvals, obligations, renewals, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise CLM solutions.
• Led large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end contract processes including authoring, approvals, negotiation, obligation management, renewals, repository management, and reporting.
• Experience with leading CLM platforms such as Icertis, SAP Ariba, Conga, CLMIronclad.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled CLM capabilities, document intelligence, and automated workflow management.
• Experience supporting Legal technology within large global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional architecture and solution design for their global CLM platform.
• Define and govern scalable CLM processes and solution standards across multiple global deployments.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles and technology strategy.
• Evaluate design decisions, configuration approaches, and data impacts to maintain solution integrity.
• Drive reuse of existing capabilities and promote standardized lift-and-shift implementations wherever possible.
• Partner with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Delivery Leads, SI partners, and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Support both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies during program transitions to product development.
• Lead functional solution reviews across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure user stories and requirements reflect business needs and architectural standards.
