RGH-Global Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant – Asset Finance to deliver end-to-end asset finance solutions, combining technical leadership with functional consulting.

In this role you will translate business requirements into scalable designs, lead technical workstreams, and contribute to solution architecture and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a 12-month remote contract based in the Philippines with occasional client office visits as required.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant – Asset Finance to deliver end-to-end asset finance solutions by combining technical expertise, functional consulting, and solution design.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead technical workstreams, and contribute to solution architecture and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Design and implement system configurations for asset finance solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations, APIs, system extensions, and data models.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environment readiness.
• Oversee data migration planning, validation, and cutover activities.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.

2. Functional Consulting & Client Engagement

• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Define solution scope, architecture, and configuration strategies.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Validate key business processes, including quote-to-contract, in-life contract servicing, and finance and accounting workflows.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities.
• Support project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.

3. Solution Advisory & Delivery Excellence

• Recommend appropriate solutions by balancing system configuration and customization.
• Identify functional and technical gaps, evaluate alternatives, and present impact assessments to clients.
• Participate in design authority discussions to ensure solution quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants on technical and functional topics.

Job Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Strong technical experience with asset finance systems and enterprise solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills, including data modelling, ETL, and data migration.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using APIs, XML, and web services.
• Experience with system interfaces, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Asset Finance Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of asset finance business processes and financial operations.
• Knowledge of asset and residual value management.
• Understanding of asset finance accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with automotive leasing, equipment finance, hire purchase, and loan structures.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end quote-to-contract lifecycle and in-life contract servicing.

Consulting & Communication

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and present solution recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Flexibility

• Willingness to work across different time zones when required to align with client working hours.
• Willingness to attend client office meetings or workshops when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting engagements or professional services delivery.
• Background in solution architecture or technical design authority.
• Exposure to cloud deployment, security models, or microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.
• Have 3-5 years of experience
