Probe CX is seeking a Solutions Architect (Manager-level IC) to design innovative BPO and CX solutions that drive business growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, Technology, and other teams to craft winning client solutions, respond to RFPs, and support strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or a related role within the BPO industry.
• Proven experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, bid management, or pre-sales activities.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO), CX, or omnichannel service delivery.
• Experience working with commercial pricing, staffing models, or workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BPO and CX solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational and commercial solution designs.
• Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
• Build staffing, pricing, and cost models in partnership with Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support transition planning and handover to delivery teams following successful deal closure.
