Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Technician (Solar) in the Philippines to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems and related equipment on project sites, ensuring reliable performance and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years of solar experience, a relevant certificate/degree, and certification as a Solar PV Installer. You will use PV monitoring tools, adhere to safety protocols, and educate clients on basic care and upkeep.

Qualifications

Certificate or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in solar PV installation or electrical systems maintenance is preferred.
Certification as a Solar PV Installer (e.g., TESDA NC2) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Install solar PV systems (modules, racking, inverters, monitoring equipment) according to standards.
Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of solar panels and components.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in solar equipment.
Monitor installation performance using digital tools and provide reports on efficiency.
Record and report energy production and equipment data to identify maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols on rooftops, at heights, and in confined spaces.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and renewable energy standards.
Conduct safety checks and read designs to prevent accidents.
Provide clients with guidance on basic system care and maintenance.
