Job Description

The Solar PV Technician / Installer is responsible for assisting in the installation, assembly, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.

The position performs hands‑on work at project sites, including installation of solar panels, mounting structures, electrical components, cables, conduits, and other PV system components. The position works closely with Project Engineers, Electrical Engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure that installation activities are completed safely, correctly, and within the required project schedule.

The Solar PV Technician / Installer shall perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Management or the immediate supervisor.
