Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development or a related engineering role.
• Strong programming knowledge with proficiency in PL/SQL or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
• Experience working in agile or waterfall environments and familiarity with the respective methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely workarounds and permanent resolutions per SLAs.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards.
• Write comprehensive solution designs for new features and participate in code reviews with technical leads.
• Participate in client workshops and requirements analysis sessions to understand business needs.
• Document code and technical solutions clearly for team knowledge sharing.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours to meet operational and business needs.
