Job summary

Avaloq Group is seeking a Software Developer with strong PL/SQL and Oracle skills to join our Manila team. You will develop features for the Avaloq Wealth Management suite, extend Avaloq Core, and maintain existing functionalities.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Avaloq software development and product implementation.
• Extensive experience in PL/SQL programming.
• Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, PL/SQL) is a strong benefit.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Actuate, Quadient is advantageous.
• Previous experience in front-end development (e.g., .Net, Java, Web) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open minded and squad oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop features or feature extensions in PL/SQL and/or Avaloq Script; parametrize functionalities.
• Analyze customer requirements and design/implement new functionalities.
• Collaborate with business analysis and architecture for specifications and design.
• Extend standard customization for Avaloq Core and maintain existing functionalities.
• Develop automated tests and support the Manila development center for testing maintenance.
• Update technical documentation with Business Analysts and Technical Writers.
• Provide technical support for customer projects (new implementations or upgrades) to the Avaloq Banking Suite.
