Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the Philippines to drive architecture and delivery for RingCX and RCCC deployments in global contact centers. You will design, implement, and optimize complex integrations, data models, and call flows while leading technical discussions with customers and partners.

You will collaborate across engineering, delivery, and customer IT teams, ensuring high-quality solutions and successful ROI.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years in a Professional Services Implementation role, with hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS experience.
• Strong architectural background in contact center platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end builds for RingCX and RCCC projects, including configuration and deployment.
• Own database design and CRM data modeling for complex deployments.
• Integrate systems via RingCentral REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; orchestrate data sync with iPaaS tools.
