PAPH TRAVEL AND TOURS is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead technical initiatives and contribute hands-on development. The role spans gathering requirements, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process understanding and project leadership, delivering scalable, secure software while collaborating with department heads to drive automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
7+ years software development experience.
3+ years leading software projects.
Experience managing full software development lifecycles.
Experience building enterprise applications.
Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, and workflow systems.
Experience in business process automation.
Must have a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities
