V2 Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineering Tech Lead to oversee the development of complex web applications, guide a team of engineers, and ensure timely delivery of reliable software solutions.

You will provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and stay current with modern web technologies, while mentoring developers and collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into scalable systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/tech lead role.
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineering Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the development of complex web applications and platforms, manage a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be expected to provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.


• Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.


• Solid experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or other server-side frameworks.


• Proficiency in database management systems, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).


• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.


• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.


• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code effectively.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Experience in performance tuning, security best practices, and scalability.
