Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/tech lead role.
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
