Job summary

Marking Services Philippines seeks a Senior Developer to join an Agile team, coding, testing, and debugging web and mobile apps. You will design solutions to business problems and help the team improve processes, while mentoring junior developers and delivering high-quality software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and technical teams, and requires strong C#/.NET skills, unit testing, and CI/CD expertise in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience coding in C#/.Net/SQL using Visual Studio.
• Experience with Unit Testing and/or automated testing of web applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, especially under Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small team.
• Effective communication and expectation management.
• Self-motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, document, and maintain web-based and mobile applications.
• Write functional code and spot defects.
• Follow Scrum in a multi-team environment.
• Develop new applications and maintain existing software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues and propose solutions.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET languages.
• Develop documentation across the SDLC.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Interact with clients and technical teams to define requirements.
• Mentor other Developers on the team.
