Job summary

RHIA seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design and guide our AI-powered travel platform. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, mentor teams, and drive architectural roadmaps across PMS, CRM, and booking engines.

The role requires senior-level experience in cloud-native SaaS architectures, strong API skills, and a passion for travel tech. Located in Gurugram, this is an on-site leadership position within the Engineering team.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing scalable architectures for SaaS or data-intensive products.
Strong experience with microservices, event-driven designs, and cloud-native architectures.
Expertise in API design, integration patterns (REST, GraphQL), and data streaming.
Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and analytics pipelines.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for travel SaaS platform ensuring scalability and security.
Create architectural blueprints and integration patterns for hospitality systems.
Lead technical discovery and evaluation of APIs and legacy systems.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to translate requirements into plans.
Establish architectural standards and best practices; mentor teams.
