Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Makati City is seeking a Software Developer/Sr.

Analyst to help formulate and define complex system scopes and objectives. You will work with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems. You will respond to stakeholder inquiries, research and support end-user applications, and test end-user processes using defined guidelines while building strong relationships with high-level clients and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Take part in the business process to identify and implement technical solutions.
Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
Research and support end-user applications and test end-user processes.
Develop relationships with high-level clients and internal/external IT teams.
Log and track work tickets with external vendors and provide end-user guidance.
