Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the SOC Analysts and run 24x7 operations, ensuring monitoring, escalation, and incident response align with SLAs and governance frameworks.

You will drive playbooks, oversee security tooling deployment, and coordinate with executives. The role requires hands-on leadership, ITIL experience, and expertise across SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and network security.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of Information Security and Networking required.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Previous management and project leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 24x7 delivery team, foster innovation, and drive accountability within SOC engineering.
• Oversee daily SOC activities to protect networks, systems, and applications.
• Ensure escalation of cases to appropriate teams.
• Develop and modify SOPs and playbooks based on lessons learned.
• Provide technical oversight for security tool deployment and implementation.
• Monitor service levels and prioritize threats using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall data.
