Hive Health in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth and close SME accounts. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior user experiences and craft scalable growth strategies.

The role offers a base salary with commission and opportunities to work with mentors from top universities, aiding your professional development while expanding Hive’s footprint across SMBs in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities.
Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings
Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development
Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
