Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects on site in the Philippines, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards. You will maintain site records, monitor progress, resolve issues, and support safe, efficient outcomes.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical disciplines, accreditation with IES/ACES, and relevant experience (8+ years, 5+ in similar complexity).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities to ensure quality control and construction administration standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting progress of works for effective project tracking.
• Identify, resolve, and manage site issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain team collaboration.
• Supervise construction works involving large span structural steel and precast components.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders to communicate project status and challenges.
