Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects on site in the Philippines, ensuring compliance with statutory codes, quality control, and progress reporting. You will coordinate MEP works and resolve site issues to support on-time project delivery.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in RTO, including 8 years supervising complex construction, and a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 8 years supervising complex construction works.
• Experience in major building construction or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and regulatory requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring compliance and quality control throughout construction phases
• Analyze site conditions and project data to communicate progress and issues effectively in verbal and written reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and interface coordination for MEP systems
• Proactively identify, resolve, and manage site issues collaboratively with project teams to maintain workflow and safety
• Coordinate frontline interface inspections for MEP works, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with project specifications
