Job summary

int transportation is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities in the Philippines. The role ensures alignment with project schedules, coordinates sub-contractors and suppliers, and enforces DOLE and HSE safety standards.

The candidate will prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspect materials and workmanship, and guarantee compliance with engineering drawings and project specs. Local residency is preferred for a timely start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills required.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and HSE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction or operational activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Coordinate sub-contractors, field workers, and material suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and local regulations (DOLE guidelines).
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure they meet project specifications and drawings.
