Job summary

MEGA MYKON BUILDERS in the Philippines is seeking a site supervisor for steel structure construction and erection. You will oversee daily site activities, ensure works align with plans, specs and schedule, and coordinate with project teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 2–3 years’ experience in steel structures, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving. You will monitor quality, safety and progress and prepare site reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field with relevant site exposure.
• 2–3 years’ experience in steel structure construction and erection.
• Experience in site supervision and construction operations.
• Knowledge of construction plans, specifications and site procedures.
• Strong coordination with workers, subcontractors and project teams.
