Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Partner Marketing Solutions team, driving reliability, resilience, and operational excellence across the PMS domain. You will influence squads on automation, scalability, and fault tolerance to ensure millions of Maya users experience dependable ads.

Responsibilities include leading incident response, defining latency targets, and implementing robust monitoring with privacy-compliant telemetry.

Qualifications

8+ years in SRE, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering, or equivalent.
Strong production Kubernetes and Istio experience at scale; Terraform & Helm expertise.
Proficient in distributed tracing, APM, incident response, and RCA leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability for PMS platforms with scalable cloud-native infra and pipelines.
Harden integrations and ad-delivery paths with timeouts, retries, and rate limits.
Drive automation and GitOps through IaC modules and CI/CD workflows.
Own incident command and RCAs to prevent repeat failures.
Steer reliability governance, SLOs, and privacy-compliant telemetry.
Mentor engineers on SRE practices and capacity planning.
