Job summary

Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation in Manila is seeking a proactive Operations/Onboarding Specialist to own onboarding workflows, automate processes, and ensure smooth offboarding of accounts across e-commerce platforms.

You will manage catalogue updates, price changes, promo enrollments, and cross-department coordination while building tools to improve team efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of e-commerce metrics, activations, and tools.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new workflows, automation tools, and processes for e-commerce platforms and internal use.
• Coordinate rollout: pilot tests, documentation, Associate training, and post-launch monitoring.
• Catalogue management: upload products, update listings, and audit pricing and images.
• Implement approved price changes accurately and on time.
• Execute promo enrollment and product uploads with accuracy.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of shops with cross-department coordination.

Job Summary:

Responsible for owning, creating, and successfully training Associates on eCommerce processes, tools, and account management while ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of accounts. timely and accurate execution in matters of shop maintenance, price listings and changes, campaign readiness and monitoring, and other platform-related matters. Responsible for designing and developing tools that enhance the team’s operational efficiency, execution accuracy, and overall effectiveness, in alignment with the company’s best interests

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding process for new workflows, automation tools, and processes for both e-commerce platforms and internal use.
• Coordinate rollout: pilot testing, documentation, Associate training, and post-launch monitoring for adoption/issues.
• Catalogue Management:
  • Perform product uploading at OMS and platform’s seller centers.
  • Execute catalogue update for New Product Listing, Product Update and Catalogue Clean-up
  • Conduct periodic audits on compliance, product images, information, pricing accuracy, and site functionality to maintain quality standards.
• Implement approved price changes accurately and within required timelines.
• Execute and ensure the accuracy and timely promo enrollment, discount and product uploading.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of shops through coordinating with cross- departments, aligning with proper documentations and following the internal process.
• Develop tools utilized by the team to drive efficiency, optimal execution, and accuracy - tailored to the company’s best interests.
  Key Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or in a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Maintains working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and ensures adherence within the team.
• Understands E-commerce, metrics, activations and tools.
• Knowledge in promo enrollment and product listing.
• Is a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of initiative in all work activities.
• Possesses understanding of key business drivers and financial systems.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
• Can handle high-pressure situations, remain calm under stress, and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
• Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and implement them to improve processes.
• Possesses a strong command of basic Microsoft functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to use these tools effectively in a professional setting.
• Can adapt and learn new systems launches and is able to effectively utilize these systems.
