Job summary

NQX Philippines is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect in Manila to lead workshops, gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders, and drive architectural standards across the platform. You will mentor ServiceNow developers and admins, ensure scalability, performance and security, orchestrate integrations with other systems, and stay current with releases to recommend new features.

• Proven design and deployment of ServiceNow modules and custom apps.

• Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation.
