Job summary

PeoplePlusTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our IT Operations and Foundation team.

You will configure, manage, and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform, collaborating with product teams to support business needs and grow technical skills. Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven ServiceNow admin experience: upgrades, performance tuning, system hardening, and integration.
• Hands-on SSO experience with SAML and OIDC.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (Entra ID, endpoint management, security and observability tools).
• Advanced instance and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform stability and usability across production and non-production environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, administrative controls, and ACLs.
• Configure applications and modules to meet business needs and guide developers.
• Perform application maintenance, monitoring, tuning, and issue resolution.
• Oversee incident support and troubleshooting for the platform.
• Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.
• Maintain a secure, hardened platform and enforce security standards.
• Validate designs and integration requirements for data exchange between systems.
• Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal applications.
• Learn new capabilities quickly and proactively lead new initiatives.
