Job summary

Teceze is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Specialist to implement, configure, customize, and support governance, risk, and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will manage risk assessments, policy management, and audit processes while collaborating with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to enhance enterprise risk visibility.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.
• Manage risk assessments, risk registers, risk statements, and risk response plans.
• Configure Policy and Compliance Management, including policies, controls, attestations, and compliance monitoring.
• Support Audit Management processes, audit engagements, findings, and remediation activities.
• Configure control objectives, control testing, and evidence collection workflows.
• Implement third-party risk management processes, including vendor assessments and risk evaluations, where required.
• Configure workflows, notifications, approvals, and automation using Flow Designer.
• Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and access controls as needed.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track risk exposure, compliance status, audit findings, and remediation progress.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC/IRM with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ServiceNow best practices.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Specialist to implement, configure, customize, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, control testing, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance workflows. The candidate will work closely with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to streamline governance processes, automate controls, and improve enterprise risk visibility.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes.
• Experience with Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, controls, control testing, and remediation workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Relevant ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation or specialist certifications.
• Experience with Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, and COBIT.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and production support.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management and IT risk processes.
