Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs, translating requirements into technical designs and supporting upgrades.

The role focuses on ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge, with strong scripting and integration skills. Night shift availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years professional work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design, development, and implementation for ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation including AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate requirements to technical designs for ITIL-aligned changes.
• Develop technical design documents and test plans; coordinate testing.
