Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM or similar modules is preferred.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance applications using ServiceNow best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Perform impact assessments, testing, and support platform upgrades and patching activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 2years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Required skills: ServiceNow development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is an advantage.
• Exposure to GenAI technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certification
• ITIL Certification or working knowledge of ITIL
