Job summary

DXC Technology in Quezon City is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead complex ITSM/ITOM/SPM initiatives. You will design scalable architectures, guide implementation teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

You bring 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITOM-Discovery certification, strong cloud, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM).
• AI Experience is an advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years in a similar technical architecture role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• Expert-level certification in ServiceNow ITOM - Discovery.
• Strong skills in cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an Account Delivery role and customer satisfaction.
