Job summary

DXC Technology is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead architecture for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/SPM, driving implementation across fast-paced projects in Quezon City. The role demands deep ServiceNow expertise, ITOM Discovery certification, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will influence technical direction, ensure robust cloud, security, and networking design, and deliver high-value, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience (ITSM/ITOM/SPM).
• ITOM Discovery certification required or strongly preferred.
• 6+ years in a similar technical architecture role.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/SPM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
• AI Experience is an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• With a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction
