Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Application Support Engineer to maintain critical business systems, resolve issues, and ensure stability of ServiceNow environments. You will work across IT teams, deliver technical leadership, and drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, managing ITSM workflows (Incidents, Problems, Changes), performing RCA, and mentoring the team to adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong ITSM understanding and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CSDM.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation in ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in ServiceNow and provide technical guidance.
• Lead and collaborate to ensure effective support and resolution.
• Make technical and operational decisions within the team.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, implement solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Monitor system health and identify risks affecting operations.
• Support continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules per requirements.
