Job summary

Command|Link is a global SaaS provider delivering SD-WAN, voice services, and IT security. The Senior Managed Services Network Engineer will support ISP/MSP customers, manage SD-WAN networks, VPNs, and managed routers/firewalls, with no travel required. 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include end-to-end customer support, onboarding, and collaboration with vendors to ensure service delivery, while mentoring colleagues in advanced networking topics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment with SD-WAN expertise ( Versa Networks ).
• CCNA and CCNP certification is highly desirable.
• Command line experience with networking tools ( Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper ).
• Strong firewall configuration experience ( Fortinet ).
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and VRRP.
• Practical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and NAT.
• Experience with COS/QOS and network design principles.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for customers focused on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft OS.
• Support provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Own issues from start to resolution with clear communication and problem solving.
• Maintain excellent relationships by delivering outstanding support.
• Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues.
