Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer (SD‑WAN) for remote, full-time work with Pacific Time schedule. You will lead end-to-end customer network deployments, including firewalls, SD‑WAN, and WAN connectivity, coordinating with US-based customers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience, strong knowledge of Meraki and Fortinet platforms, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing enterprise network solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet platforms.
• Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking, WAN architectures, and SD-WAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of customer network services, including firewalls, SD‑WAN, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity.
• Manage and execute multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and customer communication.
• Configure, deploy, and activate Cisco Meraki and Fortinet-based solutions in accordance with approved designs.
• Implement Arista VeloCloud SD‑WAN solutions as required.
• Coordinate remotely with customer IT staff and Cox field technicians to complete on-site activities.
• Execute network migrations and cutovers with minimal customer disruption.
• Perform troubleshooting during implementation and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation required for transition to Support.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and blockers.
• Follow implementation standards, processes, and security requirements.
