Job summary

You will monitor progress with metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Based at the Manila office or near Manila for on-site work.
• Expert Scrum Master with strong Agile coaching background.

Responsibilities

• SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions and direction.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-team groups.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and external stakeholders.
• Support removal of impediments to ensure timely delivery of goals.
